Easy Orange Chicken Recipe
This orange chicken with rosemary recipe is one of the easiest chicken dishes you’ll ever make.
Ingredients:
- 1lb/500g of chicken fillets – boneless and skinless
- 6oz/180ml of frozen orange juice from concentrate – thawed
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F/175C.
- Place the chicken in an oven-safe casserole dish with a lid.
- Sprinkle chicken with paprika and pepper evenly.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chicken, covering both sides.
- Bake covered for 1 hour or until thoroughly cooked (no longer pink inside).
