Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken pot pie is always a warm, delicious meal that’s relatively quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubes
- 4 cups cooked vegetables, cut into pieces
- 2 cans cream of broccoli soup
- 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F/205C.
- In a 3 quart baking dish, mix together milk, thyme, soups, and pepper. Stir in veggies and chicken.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
